Hachimanya Isogoro [Petit Can] Strap
Yawataya Isogoro Ltd. makes shichimi togarashi mixed spice, which is the oldest among the specialties of Zenkoji Temple and was once renowned as a major reason to visit the temple. As its name suggests, this is a small can of shichimi togarashi that is attached to a strap. We processed this aluminum can. ■ Height 2.1 cm, diameter 1 cm. The material is free-cut aluminum. ■ After opening the lid, we observe that it has shichimi togarashi inside it. We proposed improvements to the design such as O-rings that apply tension to prevent the lid part from detaching.
