Cleaning systems
Kit nozzles stably driven with water pressure alone are combined with a cleaning device centering on a water pressure cylinder to manufacture systems that settle your issues with cleaning on a made-to-order basis.
We automate, and alleviate burdens in, all cleaning processes for large tanks, reactors, containers, and small instruments used in factories for pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, foods, and other products.
Kit nozzles are turbine-driven cleaning nozzles designed to turn water pressure into a slow stable three-dimensional jet. They wash up the inside of tanks and other containers with fine trajectories. They are also maintained in a continuous process.
Powder handling
We design and manufacture devices for handling related to transportation systems incorporating intermediate bulk containers (or IBCs, such as containers, flow bins, and SUS cans), allong with devices to handle powder.
We have a track record of manufacturing numerous devices, including IBC-based mixers and lifters and docking and loading devices that safely put things from gravity-assisted containers into other containers. We listen to customers' issues and requirements, and our design team and engineers embody their solutions.

[Company strength]
In the powder-handling system business, we propose medium product containers, conveyers, lifters, mixers, and loading machines that are easy to link with existing machines and to maintain. We manufacture docking systems that are free from exposure and dispersion for connection, loading, and unloading. We also manufacture handling systems for chemical factories that prevent explosion and support containment. Our products include a system for safely handling substances of high pharmacological activity, a system free of electric parts, and also a container check system. The substance handling system automatically opens a split valve in a booth for wetting down. The container check system uses an NIR analyzer.


[Business description]
Our company designs and manufactures washing systems and powder-handling systems for factories. We have a proven track record in the delivery of washing systems ranging from basic to fully automatic units. Our systems can wash and dry medium and large product containers and small instruments and bottles. Our main products are 3D nozzles that realize driving and washing systems from the flow channel of a single high-pressure pump. We select the optimum nozzles from a wide lineup of products by considering the type of fouling and shape of container. We make total proposals that include nozzle lifters and pump tanks. We also meet customer requests for shelf-type drying machines and hot-air circulation and drying machines through in-house design.

Washing systems have always been our core business. We successfully developed a tank washing nozzle in 1981. Since then, we have focused on solving washing issues in various fields by using our in-house KIT nozzles. The fields range widely from chemical parts and rolling stock to pharmaceuticals, foods, and cosmetics.

We perform washing tests by dispatching staff or on consignment. We prepare a pump tank unit, dedicated jigs, and a set of nozzles for field tests. Customers can try mixing by using our test machines, and can also consider machines more specifically by checking the actual mixing status.
