We developed white trivalent chrome plating with consideration of environmentally hazardous substance regulation.

We manufacture plastic parts for four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles and also for housing and amusements. We developed MLT plating as a plastic plating close to metal, which realizes ultrahigh heat resistance close to 200°C. We have also implemented white trivalent chrome plating close to the tone of hexavalent chrome plating.

MLT (Metal-like Tone) plastic plating
We have an advanced plastic plating technique and successfully developed MLT (Metal-like Tone) plastic plating, a plastic plating method that is very similar to metal. Our MLT plastic plating has very high heat resistance (at the level of 200 degrees C) and high dimensional accuracy both of which far surpass those of conventional plastic plating. It can improve cost-effectiveness and reduce weight and be used as an alternate material for die-cast aluminum and other metals.

- MLT plastic plating has a thermal cycle resistance between -30 degrees C and 150 to 200 degrees C.
- It is designed to have similarity to real metal and it sounds like metal when tapped.
- In addition to its beautiful metallic appearance, the plating has excellent dimensional accuracy, oil resistance and chemical resistance.
- It can make weight reduction and has a high degree of design freedom since the base material is plastic.

Plastic plating is our core technology. We have implemented a multi-plating line as well as a general ABS plastic plating line to extend the possibilities of plastics by performing various kinds of plating. In particular, we have the world’s top-level output in plating for nylon resin.
We have also implemented aluminum evaporation and coating processes to enable various kinds of plastic surface treatment.

Our company started business as the first plating and manufacturing company specializing in plastic parts. We have established an integrated production system from development, design, and mold, jig and tool creation to forming, plating, coating, evaporation, and assembly. We manufacture plastic parts for vehicles (four-wheeled and two-wheeled) as well as for housing and amusements.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company’s MLT plating (metal-tone plastic plating) is a plastic plating closer to metal that features ultrahigh heat resistance (200°C-level) and high dimensional accuracy. MLT plating has a sound like metal when it is struck. It has actual results of being adopted for mass production as a substitute for aluminum die-casting or the like.
We have extended our facilities for environmentally friendly trivalent chrome plating in response to the recently growing regulation and awareness of environmentally hazardous substances. We have implemented white trivalent chrome plating, which is whiter, brighter, and closer to hexavalent chrome plating than the conventional trivalent chrome plating.

Our company satisfies various needs in terms of quality, accuracy, and cost by using cutting-edge technologies to win great reliance from our customers. We have been extending the application areas of excellent materials through processing technologies that can be demanded of plastics. This includes technologies for creating finely worked products and for beautifying their appearance. We will study higher-accuracy processing technologies and extend the potential of plastics. We will exploit new value from plastics to contribute to society and also promote overseas expansion for our further development, mainly in Asia.

In October 2013 we established a factory in Indonesia as our first site outside Japan. This factory is expected to start mass production in January 2015.
Two Japanese staff members will be positioned to extend overseas sales channels, mainly concentrating on Asia.
We will actively participate in domestic and overseas exhibitions and work to make our company better known and to open sales channels with major companies.
