COMFORTLAB FOOTNAVI NBO  We develop various types of insoles by measuring the soles of the feet.

Our company has been expanding its manufacturing and sales of miscellaneous health care products, concentrating on foot care products such as insoles. We have developed sensors that can measure foot pressure during walking, insoles, and foot pressure measuring devices as well as analysis know-how.
We have successfully developed an algorithm that can make product recommendations reflecting individual characteristics measured in a short time with our sensors. This algorithm has reached the sales stage.

 FOOTNAVI 3D Scan is a totally new function that uses the 3D image taken by smartphone on the server, measures foot size, width and height in a second, and then recommends the shoe size that best fits your feet.

Foot Data is Saved by Mypage on the Internet Shopping Page
FOOTNAVI 3D Scan is a unique scanning system that combines the latest image processing, data analyses, recommendations, and algorithms.   It is easy to use.  Just open the Internet shopping page and go to the link, then take photographs of both feet with your smart phone.  The image processing program on the server converts the photo into a 3D image and analyze the size data.   Your foot size data will be registered on the Mypage of Mizuno Internet Shop so that you can always receive recommended shoe information using this data.

Use the 3D Scan and save your foot data, and the program will tell you “which shoe size fits your feet” when you purchase shoes from Internet shopping sites or an actual shoe store.

Our company is an enterprise that plans, develops, and sells foot care products. We have been engaged in the manufacturing and sales of ignition devices for industry since our foundation. We started a new enterprise in the area of health care products in 1992, and moved to Creation Core Higashi Osaka in 2003. We are currently expanding our manufacturing and sales of miscellaneous health care products, focusing on foot care products such as insoles. 
We introduce multiple industry-academia collaborations in developing our products to realize reliable manufacturing. This starts from the planning, development, and design stages, and involves institutions such as Osaka Prefectural University and Osaka University of Arts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We started development of medical products in collaboration with Osaka Medical College in 2005, making use of our planning ability regarding foot care products.
We received Shinrenkei certification (New Partnership Support Program) in the course of these efforts, and developed a sensor that can measure foot pressure during walking.
We have been developing insoles, foot-pressure measuring devices, and analysis know-how based on our independent technology and medical ideas since 2009. In this process we have been cooperating with major corporations (such as Mizuno and Aeon).
We currently market a special algorithm as a solution that can connect measurements made in a short time using sensors to the analysis of individual characteristics and product recommendations.

The health care market has long been regarded as a growth area in Japan, and further expansion of the market is highly anticipated under national policies targeting healthy seniors.
Our company targets solutions to leg muscle and posture problems by analyzing the soles of the feet. We also sell insoles. 
Such health needs are also expanding throughout East Asia. We hope to further expand our business by customizing our know-how for each of these countries while making use of our accumulation of firm evidence.
