We design and manufacture injection molding, as well as sell injection-molded and assembled product. We are skilled to conduct integrated production from product and mold design to mold making, prototyping, mass-production, assembly, and distribution. We conduct flow analysis before mold making and feed problems in production of similar product back to design. We also do periodic mold maintenance to ensure a safe and stable production. In-house technical training of mold and molding technology is also available.

[Company strength]
Mold is the lifeline of product quality assurance. We conduct flow analysis before mold making and feed problems in the production of similar products back to design in mold making, molding prototype, and mass production. We also conduct periodic mold maintenance, which is crucial for quality assurance to ensure safe and stable production. We have our own training program (mold and molding technologies) and conduct in-house training to pass on our technologies. We have been approved by METI Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program in 2010, Aichi Research and Development Project in 2011, and DEDO in 2012 for our innovative technology.

Our main business is designing and making injection molds, as well as selling inject-molded and assembled product. We are especially good at preparing molds and manufacturing plastic parts used in car interior and exterior. We are skilled to conduct integrated production from product and mold design to mold making, prototyping, mass-production, assembly, and distribution.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have the Metal Powder Laser Sintering Composite Machine, which is specified as the next-generation manufacturing by METI. We use state-of-the-art equipment to sophisticate our mold and metal parts. All our employees are working together to increase product quality and reduce costs for our  sophisticated mold and injection molding. We introduced a 5-axis processing machine in January 2014 for further sophistication. We believe we can provide the best solution for your production needs by combining conventional and next-generation processing technologies.

[Representative's message]
We founded our company in 1990, and our main business was manufacturing plastic molding die. We launched a new plant in 2004 and added injection molding and assembly to our existing business. We have been able to expand our sales by providing integrated service from prototype development to mass production. In addition, we introduced state-of-the-art equipment and started internal technical and quality training based on our mold manufacturing technology. We then started receiving inquiries and orders from many leading companies. In future, we will further enhance our technical capabilities to contribute to industries that require high quality of safety, security, and stability. We also aim to expand our business in the Asian market.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We assigned additional staff to Management Strategy Department to handle inquiries from major and overseas companies. Our Metal and Chemicals Departments are responsible for technical inquiries and can visit in person to resolve the problem, if necessary. For China, we have 2 employees to handle technical and purchasing issues. The President is the key person to handle new customers  together with 2 directors who are responsible for collecting and managing information. We promise an honest and sincere response to overseas clients.
