We are a manufacturer specializing in metallic mesh for many industries including automobiles, chemicals, and construction.
We offer trial manufacturing and development, job-shop-type production, and mass production of metallic mesh for use in many industrial fields. These include automobiles, home electronics appliances, agricultural machines, construction machines, various machinery, plant facilities, chemicals, and construction. We perform pressing, welding, assembly, thermal processing and surface treatment. Our company has a wealth of experience in manufacturing meshes made of ordinary materials such as steel and stainless steel and non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass and aluminum. We also make meshes from alloys such as Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy, and rare metals such as molybdenum, tungsten and titanium. We are able to make proposals taking into consideration the heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability of the materials.

We fabricate filters and sieves as industrial materials for chemical factories, pharmaceutical plants, food factories and other production sites. We produce filters and related parts for transportation equipment including automobiles, construction machines, agricultural machines, machine tools, etc. We also treat parts for home electronics appliances and components including loudspeaker covers and microphone covers, as well as decorative metallic mesh(wire gauze/wire cloth/wire mesh) /perforated metal )such as design panels for the construction industry. We can provide screen products for various industrial fields and accept requests for trial manufacturing and development, job-shop-type production and mass production. We can perform all procedures covering pressing, welding, assembly, thermal processing, and surface treatment in-house. [Industry] screen (fabric and plate) product manufacturing/machine product manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] Extruders used in manufacturing plastic materials, films, electric cables, synthetic fibers, nonwoven cloth, sheets, tubes, and other rubber products. Screens (filters) used in extruders differ greatly in their materials and shapes depending on their applications and grades. They are very important parts that can determine the functionality, grades, and productivity of products. During the postwar period an enormous volume of plastic and rubber was produced in Japan. Our IK Screen brand was extensively used for a great variety of screening purposes through joint development efforts with machine makers in order to meet customer needs. Screens are consumable goods, so their price is a very important element. We have been consistently making efforts to obtain better materials and improve our manufacturing equipment functionality. This is done so that we can offer low-priced yet high-quality products to our customers. We developed a hand loom exclusively designed for metallic mesh. We make tool prototypes from rare metals, precious metals, and different materials. Our hand loom can be used for small-lot production, which is not possible with automatic looms. We developed structural analysis software and we are now producing advanced filters. We successfully developed a design punching panel that does not make wind noise. This was done through the development of Punch Editor punching design software and repeatedly performing demonstration tests including wind tunnel testing. This product is now used extensively as a material for many super-high-rise condominiums. We developed an electrostatic separator that can separate mixed materials.
