Apolo Co., Ltd.
We created support software for the official family registry by making use of the experience of administrative reception staff.
Our company receives subcontracting orders for system-building related to Hitachi, Ltd. and the public sector. We have also been developing our own original KOSEKI Guide support software for Japan’s official family registry. This product supports municipal government reception work related to the official family registry, for which the widest and deepest expertise is required. Our advantages include the creation of niche products based on the technological power we have accumulated through subcontracting work. Another advantage of our company is the experience of our president, who worked in municipal government for 30 years and was involved in reception work for 15 years. Our products are not like an electronic dictionary. We take various functions into consideration. These include functions to prevent overlooking examination items, a one-stop reference for applicable provisions, and a one-stop reference for Chinese characters that can be used for children’s names. All this is provided in order to reduce stress for reception staff.

[Representative's message] We mainly conduct subcontracted outsourcing work, but in the future we hope to conclude contracts directly with major companies by enhancing our technological power. We also hope to expand sales of our originally developed products by maintaining a viewpoint based on our on-site experience. We will employ our existing sales experience to construct a system to solve problems from the user’s point of view, advance cooperation with related companies, and expand our market. We hope to make further strides in order to contribute to the local community. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We have assigned two dedicated staff members in charge of sales, and our president also has the role of being a billboard for our products. We are promoting a wide range of sales strategies. We hope to cultivate markets by making proposals to lend out our system during the personnel transfer season, when such a system becomes most necessary.
