We make use of vacuum technologies such as vapor deposition to provide film forming equipment in Japan and overseas.
Our company was established in 1953 as a film forming equipment manufacturer for electronic parts. We develop, manufacture, and sell film forming equipment and other vacuum applied articles, such as products for deposition, sputtering, and ion etching. Our products have been adopted by Murata Mfg. and Kyocera Crystal Device in Japan, as well as Largan Precision and Samsung overseas. We can provide one-stop solutions for a wide range of needs. This is done by applying our comprehensive, extensive know-how on hardware technology for creating vacuum states, in-vacuum robot conveyance technology, automatic system control technology, and in-vacuum film forming software. We plan to enhance recognition of our company, and further develop sales channels for both domestic Japanese and overseas markets.

ALD-Series atomic layer deposition system: This system employs an atomic deposition method that forms a monoatomic layer in one cycle, and creates thin films by repeating the cycle. The system enables uniform layer control at the atomic level, allowing to form high-quality thin films having excellent step coverage. It effectively creates films over irregular-shaped substrates.
SPP-Series — injection molding machine-linked high-speed sputtering and polymerization system: This system automatically creates metal films and protective films over resin substrates used in automobiles and decorative parts. It can apply vacuum film-forming (sputtering and polymerization) on the injection-molded substrates fully automatically.
SGC-S1700 Series — optical thin film deposition system: This equipment is a standard machine dedicated to AR (anti-reflection) coating that is ideal for film formation on resin lenses. You can choose various specifications regarding the items such as RF ion source, optical monitor, and inversion palette.
