We have extensive experience in consignment manufacturing for the R&D departments of major companies, universities, and public organizations. We can develop and deliver products that are optimal for their intended use. We have in-house design and machining departments. We use 3D CAD, CAE structural analysis, and mechanical analysis to reduce costs and verify product quality and mechanisms. We can quickly carry out maintenance and improvement because of our integrated in-house production.
- Fast development and manufacturing system
We can attend meetings as early as the planning stage. Even if there is no specific drawing, we can have preliminary discussions with schematic drawings. We excel at mechanisms design tailored to specified budgets and delivery times.
One-stop development system We carry out entire processes in house from design, manufacturing, assembly through operation checking. We offer “proposal sales” through the close cooperation between our design and processing divisions. A reduction in delivery times and costs are achieved with this approach.
