Our company’s strengths include circuit design for various automation machines, control panel design, PLC control design, and GUI design for display devices. We have also established a technology for measuring magnetic properties. This was done jointly with the Oita Prefecture Industrial Science and Technology Center. We also have development and design capabilities for key components of local magnetic sensors, as well as magnetic property measurement systems. We have successfully productized a vector magnetic property visualization system with an extra-small vector magnetic sensor. The shape of the H-coil sensor and the number of coil turns can be customized to satisfy your needs.
[Company strength] Our company has main four businesses. Our system operations, mass-production, and vehicle business can deliver the exact product you need, based on our wealth of experience from past projects. These include the fields of semiconductors, solar cells, and liquid crystal devices (such as automation device circuit design, control panel design, PLC control design, and GUI design for display devices). Our RC business division can prepare wiring design and CAD drawings for residential electric equipment, and provide flexible support for manufacturing related products for the customer, including staffing. We also possess magnetic property measurement technology, which we acquired with the support of universities and public organizations in Oita Prefecture. Our H-coil sensor, key components of our local magnetic sensor, and our magnetic property measurement systems were designed, developed, and manufactured by making use of these resources. [Business description] Our company started out in 1997 as a manufacturer specialized in assembling parts and control panels for major manufacturers. We have expanded our operations to include the following. (1) System operations: We manufacture liquid crystal and solar cell related devices, and design, manufacture, reconstruct and install various control devices. (2) Mass production: We manufacture electric devices and electronic harnesses as well as probe cards, and assemble printed circuit boards. (3) Vehicle business: We provide vehicle electrical wiring and remodeling. (4) RC business: We perform design work for residential electrical equipment. We have recently invested resources into our own brand, and developed and manufactured sensors and devices for measuring magnetic properties. This experience has expanded the scope of our technology, which allows us to satisfy expectations from our customers. [Industry] Production machinery and equipment manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] We can conduct assembly and on-site installation of customer-designed equipment in our four main businesses. This is based on the technologies we have accumulated in designing and manufacturing semiconductor equipment. Our magnetic property measurement technology includes extremely small, highly sensitive magnetic sensors. An H-coil sensor is necessary to measure magnetic field strength when measuring the magnetic properties of motors, transformers, and the magnetic materials used in them. We can make very small, highly sensitive H-coil sensors for measuring magnetic field strength. This is done using extra-fine wire of 0.01 mm in outer diameter. This extremely small H-coil sensor can be combined with two pairs of probe sensors (insulated film penetration type) for measuring magnetic flux density. We can offer this as an ultra-compact vector magnetic sensor. [Representative's message] Our company started out as a subcontractor to for major manufacturers, and subcontracting remains one of our main businesses to this day. The word “subcontracting” may have a somewhat negative image, but we use it with pride. It expresses our flexibility, excellence, and usefulness in our field of expertise. Today’s subcontractors must not simply wait for their customers’ instructions. It is also necessary to look ahead of times, and enter into new fields, one after another. This is why we have nurtured magnetic property measurement technology, with support from public organizations in Oita Prefecture. We take pride in the fact that we have contributed to a wide range of products in Japan, and that we have solved problems in other countries as well. We achieved this after participating in overseas business conferences (such as overseas business events held by Oita Prefecture, and a conference in Taiwan). We will continue to make our vector magnetic property visualization system available to companies both in Japan and overseas. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] Our magnetic property measurement products have just been launched, and they require detailed technical meetings with the customer. This is why the technology department will temporarily function as the point of contact for inquires and business meetings in Japan. We plan to set up a technology development department so that development proposals from our customers receive quick, positive responses. We have a long history of working with local supporting universities and public testing and research institutions on the development of magnetic measurement devices. We can make use of our accumulated know-how to respond to technical inquiries from customers. Inquiries from overseas companies will be handled primarily by the sales planning department, as this department has English-speaking staff members in order to smoothly conduct business in English.
