We handle surface treatment for metal work , such as anodization of aluminum alloy , industrial electroless nickel plating , electroplating, and electrolytic polishing. We can handle zinc plating for mass-produced motorcycle parts and auto parts. For customers further away, we can handle processing as well based on provided drawings, in addition to surface treatment. We have developed our original surface treatment methods, such as semi-conductive anodized aluminum (strong against static) and hard anodized aluminum (excellent corrosion resistance).
[Product description] This is a surface treatment in manufacturing of semiconductors and FPD, which prevents the disturbance of static, a cause of yield loss. Setting the surface resistance to a value between 10 and 106 Ω will slowly leak the energy (charge) when the spark occurs due to static electricity, so any damage to the product can be prevented. There are three types of surface treatments: black brown and gold depending on the type and amount of metal to be introduced and they have different resistance areas respectively. The Cosmo coat is black because it is blackened by the metal unlike general black alumite , and there is no deterioration over time due to heat (and UV) nor fading under the environment of 600℃ and ultraviolet light. [Product description] This has won several awards including (1) “Excellence Prize” in the 24th Small and medium enterprises excellent new technology/New product grand awards, (2) “Kyushu Bureau of Economy Trade and Industry Director Prize” in the 5th Monodzukuri (manufacturing) Nippon Grand Awards, and (3) “Grand Prize” in the 15th Kumamoto Prefectural Industrial Grand Awards (including E-Mait CL and SH). This is an alumite film with a hardness of Hv600, which far exceeds the hardness (Hv400) of general hard alumite films. This can also prevents the surface roughness caused by alumite treatments , and has wear resistance 2.5 times that of the conventional hard alumite . There are no cracks on the film , which can be an origin of corrosion (※at the standard film thickness) , and the corrosion resistance is also superior. E-Mait CL is a hard alumite film with superior corrosion resistance and hardness similar to general hard alumite film s, with no cracks on the film (※at the standard film thickness). This treatment rarely shows natural coloring of film, typical in hard alumite , and the texture after the treatment is rarely impaired. Although the maximum hardness of E-Mait SH is Hv500 (which is inferior to Hv600 of E-Mait UH,) it can be applied to duralumin alloy to which E-Mait UH cannot be used. [Product description] Neo-black is RoHS compliant black electroless nickel plating, which does not contain lead in the film. Because the surface of nickel plating is blackened by forcible oxidization, there is no color fading on it due to high temperatures and ultraviolet rays. Our Cosmo coat is conductive alumite with anti-static characteristics. It has been adopted as a surface treatment for components sensitive to static including jigs and tools for semiconductor manufacturing processes. Our e-Mite UH is super-hard alumite with a hardness of Hv600 (equivalent to hardened steel). The adoption of e-Mite makes it possible to reduce the total weight by replacing iron parts with aluminum ones. Our e-Mite CL is hard alumite with excellent corrosion resistance causing no film cracking (which becomes the origin of corrosion). Other treatments include BS-ET treatment, which prevents peeling electrification, and the thin film Teflon coating KBM-CF treatment, which can be used for tolerance parts.
