Product and technology information
[Product description] Our core technology lies in ultra precise mirror surface polishing technology. From highly precise mirror surfaces you can obtain flat surfaces. In a 100 φ area, the flatness will be 30 nano. After one surface is successfully produced with this flatness, then the other side and pallallelism will be secured. This will eliminate variance in measurement, and measurement, dimensional, thickness, or step tolerances can be assured within +/-100 nano (0.1 micron) . Tilted surfaces can also make up angles. Like this, our processing technologies are based on lapping, in which we achieve ultra high precision at the 100 nano level by shaving off higher points first and meticulously. We can apply this to curved, cylindrical, and spherical surfaces, as well as foils and inside of pipes. The level of precision is still improving, and it is now as precise as 0.1 micron (100 nanometers). Our technologies have been used by over 3000 customers across different industries including the auto, semiconductor, printing, optical, MEMS, aerospace, medical, electronic parts, and nano technology industries, as well as research institutes and universities. [Market share/Ranking] These are our unique technologies with processing precision at a level that cannot be replicated by others. [Major facilities and equipment] 80 single-sided lapping machines, 15 dual-sided lapping machines, Mitsutoyo LEGEX 9106 three-dimensional measuring machine, Taylor Hobson Talysurf CCI 3000 shape and surface roughness measuring machine, Taylor Hobson Talyrond 365 circularity measurement machine, among others
[Product description] Roller outer surface mirror polishing technology. Our ultra precise polishing technologies achieve nano level surface roughness while sustaining measurement precision and a perfect circle. Do you happen to have problematic scratches on undercoat before forming fine patterns for transfer roles? For example, with regards to mirror polishing on the outer side of roll shafts, we can achieve surface roughness of Ra 1.5nm~, a higher level of mirror finishing property! We handle one roll to mass production for quantity, and up to 3 meters in size. Our past record: φ500 – 3000mm [Materials] Stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, glass, and other coated surfaces with nickel, chrome, hard chrome plating, and other materials can be handled. Please consult us for detail.
