[Product description] Our core technology lies in ultra precise mirror surface polishing technology. From highly precise mirror surfaces you can obtain flat surfaces. In a 100 φ area, the flatness will be 30 nano. After one surface is successfully produced with this flatness, then the other side and pallallelism will be secured. This will eliminate variance in measurement, and measurement, dimensional, thickness, or step tolerances can be assured within +/-100 nano (0.1 micron) . Tilted surfaces can also make up angles. Like this, our processing technologies are based on lapping, in which we achieve ultra high precision at the 100 nano level by shaving off higher points first and meticulously. We can apply this to curved, cylindrical, and spherical surfaces, as well as foils and inside of pipes. The level of precision is still improving, and it is now as precise as 0.1 micron (100 nanometers). Our technologies have been used by over 3000 customers across different industries including the auto, semiconductor, printing, optical, MEMS, aerospace, medical, electronic parts, and nano technology industries, as well as research institutes and universities.
