Our company is a parts manufacturer established in 1964. We are highly experienced in precision metal sheet processing and can provide a pitch accuracy of 10 µm. We have a proven track record with both domestic and overseas customers, such as IHI, Aisin Seiki, Canon, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, and many other major companies in Japan, as well as Roland Digital Group, Anritsu Industrial Solutions, and GENIC in Thailand. We have expanded our business by performing metal sheet working design using 3D CAD, parts manufacturing, and assembly with quick delivery and reasonable cost, which allows us to respond to all customer requests from trial fabrication in lot sizes ranging from one to several hundred pieces to mass production.

Precision metal sheet processing is a parts fabrication technology applicable to a wide range of fields, and is a basic function in all industries. We continuously seek the potential of metal sheet processing by combining its extremely wide applicability with our highly accurate precision technology to create new value (laminated metal sheet, tailored blanking, hybrid precision metal sheet, etc.). We are building ideal systems in the fields of creative planning, development and trial fabrication by providing support as a technical partner in development and design using 3D CAD, seminars for designers based on the curricula of national university graduate schools as members of society, etc.

We are a precision metal sheet manufacturer employing as our base technology aircraft-quality metal sheet working that has been used since before World War II. We seek high precision and high speed through the harmonization of humans and technology. We provide precision metal sheet processed parts by means of our exclusive precision metal sheet processing technology that utilizes CNC and ICT developed from accumulated craftsmanship and easily satisfies a pitch accuracy of 10 µm. We perform metal sheet working design using 3D CAD, parts manufacturing, and assembly with quick delivery and reasonable cost, which allows us to respond to all customer orders, from trial fabrication in lot sizes ranging from one to several hundred pieces to mass production. We also provide support as a technical partner to major manufacturers, venture companies, and university research institutes in many development projects.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company developed technology for fabricating parts that could not be formed except by precision progressive-die pressing by using ultra-precision metal sheet processing for any shape at any time in any amount without using a press mold. Our technology has provided parts for a huge range of fields, and our domestic and overseas customers appreciate these proprietary parts, surprised that conventionally machined parts can be fabricated by precision metal sheet processing. We are adept at manufacturing highly precise metal sheet processed parts with high added-value, which offer the key benefits of high accuracy, such as in-factory floor heating, and can be combined with composite working to obtain hybrid precision metal sheet processing which we recently started promoting.

[Representative's message]
Our company was founded in 1964, and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2014. We have our roots in metal sheet working of aircraft parts in World War II. Our founders achieved an accuracy of 0.2 mm by manual work. Later, machinery and NC systems were introduced so that metal shears were replaced with shirring, hammer with bender, and the skills of craftsmen with NC data. We introduced the first carbon dioxide laser processing machine in Japan in 1982, and the second German laser and punch combination machine in Japan in 1985. We have trained our staff, including through early-morning study meetings, to competently operate the latest machinery. As a result, we now have seven Advanced Certified Skilled Workers and 52 Grade 1 and Grade 2 Certified Skilled Workers. We continually improve our skills and corporate systems, in line with the spirit of our founders, to develop highly accurate precision processing technology. We will continue to expand sales channels to strengthen our management foundation.

The president’s office actively leads overseas expansion via our staff dispatched to the affiliated firms of Japanese customers in Thailand and Indonesia. We participate in various events and exhibitions, and are preparing to attend business conventions.
