[Strength of products/technologies]
Deep hole drilling is conducted by our highly experienced and skilled engineers. We have a wide variety of deep hole drilling machines and tools to suit the work size and the customer’s needs. Drilling holes can be anywhere between diameter 12 mm to diameter 400 mm (up to 750 mm in Hiroshima plant, and 450 mm in the Kitakyushu plant). Work is carried out at our Hiroshima plant, Kawasaki plant, or Kitakyushu plant. We also receive orders for contract processing and honing. We can work with partner plants if heat treatment, precision machining, or high-precision honing are involved.

[Representative's message]
We intend to specialize in BTA method deep hole drilling in Japan, but we hope to manufacture and sell BTA method deep hole drilling machines to overseas countries. It is particularly important on such occasions for a skilled deep hole drilling engineer to provide operational guidance at the installation site. We hope to consider possible partnerships with overseas manufacturers concerning development and operational guidance regarding BTA method deep hole drilling machines.
