Fujita Works Co., Ltd.

We are a sheet metal working manufacturer with advantages in such unique processing as five-layer simultaneous joining technology for titanium and nickel parts.

Our company provides parts manufactured by sheet metal working. They are used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, caustic soda and chlorine generation plant equipment, and machine tools. We handle stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, nickel, and iron as main materials. Our unique processing includes low-strain welding of SUS (0.5 mm thick), tailored blank welding, and gear cutting without machining. We do business with many major companies in the semiconductor and other industries. We consider it to be our mission to solve customer problems regarding sheet metal products.

[Company strength]
We solve customer issues by using cutting-edge equipment and industry top-class know-how as a sheet metal working manufacturer. Quality, Delivery, and Cost (QDC) are important in Monozukuri craftsmanship. Our ratio of defective product outflow to customers is 0.0019%, which is the lowest class in the industry. This is why we receive great patronage from many customers despite the geographical disadvantage of our location in Kagoshima Prefecture.
