[Product description] We handle machining, bonding, inspection, vacuum packaging, and shipment of sputtering targets, which are used for semiconductor and liquid crystals. As long as clients provide us with target materials and warranty on materials, we can supply target products to end users directly. We have a quality assurance system, and upon request, conduct analysis and store the data including crystals, hardness, and conductivity from metal tests. We can also handle back plates for cooling, which are called back plates for targets. Applying our technologies cultivated through manufacturing of sputtering targets made of aluminum with high purity, we manufacture sputtering targets made of copper or other materials. [Product description] With our thin wall cutting technologies, we can handle slicing magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy from blocks in 1 mm thickness (the materials regarded as difficult-to-cut). This cutting technique is used mainly for aerospace parts, which require precision and lightness. These materials are, for quality reasons, processed by cutting rather than welding, even for the parts where the latter would be commonly used. In processing, we take preventative measures against distortion using jigs and against vibration during processing. We pay particular attention to measure, flatness, parallel accuracy, and surface roughness for processing precision. In aluminum welding, in particular, we can handle TIG and MIG welding and electronic beam welding to targets, depending on customer needs. We have also established a bonding technology for different materials by utilizing the bonding technology between aluminum targets and back plates. We offer heat treatment processing with a focus on vacuum heat treatment for die manufacturers and part manufacturers. We decided to enter the business of heat treatment for aircraft parts in 2012. We acquired JIS Q 9100 certification in 2015, and installed a vacuum heat treatment furnace that complies with the AMS standard. We handle vacuum heat treatment by using heat treatment equipment that complies with AMS2750. We maintain a heat treatment furnace that complies with equipment control standards for aircraft parts. We perform periodic calibration of measuring instruments and system accuracy testing, and study the uniformity of furnace temperature. We support traceability.
